I’m on a Feelies kick, not sure why. I went to see an exhibit of the original Curious George illustrations at the Contemporary Jewish Museum. The show was very small but the images were lovely to see in person. There was another show called, “Black Sabbath: The Secret Musical History of Black-Jewish Relations.” The only thing I could think was – Lenny Kravitz. Which made me laugh out loud. Then I started imagining a whole exhibition devoted to Mr. Kravitz – his prayer beads, his shades, a chronicle of his different hairstyles. Yeah. That’s where my mind is at.

This is the first image from the film I’ve shot in California and I’m overjoyed. I put two contact sheets together yesterday and I feel so good about them. The color palette and overall mood are there. When I get the confidence going and stop overanalyzing this happens. Will be posting more over the week. Contacts too.
