I’ll be heading over to check out some talks this weekend and to see the Parsons MFA students show (holla).
This coming June I will be part of a group show, entitled Small Prints, curated by Jon Feinstein and amani olu of Humble Arts Foundation, as a part of the Magenta Foundation’s Flash Forward Festival in Boston. Here’s a sneak peek of the line up: 50 artists, 50 prints that encourage an intimacy with small, personal photographs. I’m incredibly excited to be showing with such talented photographers!
I have two photographs up at The Framesmith on Murray Ave. in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh,PA. Michael Ninehouser, a great painter and framer and hilarious short story writer (?!)…filmmaker…wearer of good glasses (he does it all), sent me these photos as proof. Work by Mike and Jamie Adams is in the window (seen in the last picture).
The Kala Artists’ Annual is closing Saturday so head over if you still want to catch it!

This Thursday night is the opening reception of the Kala Artists Annual, entitled Fresh Work. The opening runs from 6-8pm and should be a fun time. I am exhibiting one piece from the series Ardara and On. I almost killed myself trying to get it ready for the show – an extreme case of Murphy’s Law? In other words, you should come see it! Hope to see you there!
